- We use express shipping method for items marked as Express Shipping "Yes", such as DHL and UPS etc. We ship from Japan and Asia (depend of the Item you ordered), delivery normally takes 5 to 9 working days to most major cities in Europe, Asia and North America. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control. For all other items and wigs, we use standard airmail, delivery can take around 10 to 40 working days. Shipping is free for most countries. We will responsible for item lost or damaged in the post.

- Returns & Replacements for Cosplays and Other Items
- If you can check the measurement guide carefully before you order, there shall not be a problem with size. In the unlikley event you ordered the wrong size or the item arrived defective, we can still exchange for you. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail for exchange or refund. Please email us immeiately for Return Authorization Number as soon as you receive the package. Returns without RAN will not be processed.
If you want to return for exchange, please send us back the item within a reasonable time(2 weeks shall be enough time for you find out the size problem in most cases) after you get the package.
If you do not like the costume you can request return for refund. Since cosplay is usually used for just one event such as halloween or convention, we have very strict policy regarding return for refund. If you want a refund, you need to contact us immediately(within 24 hours) after you receive the package and once you have the RAN, please send us back the package with tracking number with no delay. We donot accept refund during major conventions(the week of Anime LA, Anime Boston, A-kon, Animagic, Connichi, AnimeNext, Anime Expo, Otakon, Dragon Con, Anime USA and month of Halloween, from 1st Oct till 31th Oct).
We do not charge restocking fee but we can not refund shipping for items return for refund. - Ordering

- Paypayl payments mostly payed in Japanese YEN, please thinking about that Paypal uses other exchange Rates so the payment can little different from our. Payment can be with Creditcard, Bank-Transfer, Vouchers and Moneybookers. Banktransfer is possible for customers at the EU for free payment, our Bank Accounts are located at Austria / Europe and Tokio / Japan.

- Order you have maked can always be viewed at the Account Controlpanel if you Login on our site. Invoices of your order can be here Downloaded as PDF.
- Updating Account Information
- If you have new Adress, E-Mail adress or phone number please let us know and update you Account Information.
